Who We Are
Campus Operations is dedicated to supporting the mission of the University of North Carolina at Asheville; dedicated to supporting our students, faculty and staff. Services provided by 82 professionals make the buildings and grounds safe, comfortable, aesthetically pleasing and sustainable. The Design and Construction Department provides expert planning, as well as, design and construction management for all new buildings. Facilities Management provides quality workmanship for the maintenance and operations of the buildings and grounds for UNC Asheville properties.
Work Orders Go Paperless
Sustainability, in all aspects, has always been a touchstone for Facilities Management. This semester, we will begin utilizing web based forms for Request for Services, Event Support, Key Requests etc. This will enable us to begin traveling down the path of becoming a paperless service organization.
