Housing Construction Project Update:
Site demolition, clearing and grubbing are nearing completion. Grading and site work will continue through May which will include the installation and tie-in of site utilities such as sanitary sewer and storm water. Materials for future construction work are beginning to arrive on site.
The sanitary sewer line tie-in is tentatively scheduled for the week of 5/15/17. Every effort is being made to keep Founders Drive open during this tie-in work, but there is the potential that the road made need to be closed for up to 2 days. If the road is closed, access for emergency vehicles will be maintained.
